My First Christmas

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! Santa said I was on the "nice" list this year. He and my family gave me lots of awesome gifts. I went to lots of Christmas parties over the past 2 weeks and met a lot of family for the first time. I'm now 10 and a 1/2 weeks old and have completed my first Christmas...look out world maybe I'll start walking before you know it! I weigh 12.5 lbs and am almost 23 inches long. Each day I learn more and more. I hope you all had a GREAT Christmas and have a wonderful new year!

Thanksgiving 2008 in Franklin, IN

Happy Thanksgiving friends! Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving this year in Aunt Robin's town of Franklin, IN. Levi was AMAZINGLY good in the car and didn't cry for more than 5 minutes. We ate LOTS of food, took naps, played cards, poker and Win Lose or Draw. We were very thankful to see Great Grandma and Grandpa Missler as they traveled all the way up from Florida and were able to meet their two new great grandchildren (Levi and Marcco). Levi and cousin Marcco are only 5 days apart! We are also very thankful that Aunt Andi and Uncle Barry are expecting a little on at the end of May. We can't wait to meet the little Crawford baby! Thanksgiving 2008

I'm more than a month old now!

"Look at me! Tomorrow I'll be 5 weeks old!" Can you believe it? Levi is almost 5 weeks old and changing EVERY day. He now smiles, coos, and responds well to music. He tends to be VERY happy in the morning and even plays on his own while mommy showers in the morning. He enjoys his baths, but HATES when he has to get out...don't we all! He however, is NOT a big fan of the evenings. We call 7pm-10pm his "fussy" time. He now sleeps about 6 hours in a row at night!
Thank GOD! He is also getting chubbier each day. His little thighs, double chin and cheeks are getting chubbier. It's amazing how much a baby changes in just 5 weeks. Enjoy some additional photos below:

Levi is SO loved by many!

Levi is ALMOST 4 weeks old and has had many visitors. He is very loved. As you can see by the pictures above he's loved by his Nana (top picture), his Great Grandma (2nd picture) and his Aunt Pat (bottom picture). Halloween 2008

Happy Halloween everyone! Levi and his friends enjoyed a beautiful night for his first Halloween. Levi dressed up as a "little monster" and was the cutest 16 day old at the party. Here's an adorable picture of Lil' Levi...he's already grown an inch and gained 8 oz. in a week!

First few days home...

We were FINALLY realeased from the hospital 48 hours later after the delivery and were SO happy to bring our new bundle of joy home. Levi, Brian, Sasha (dog) and I have all been learning how to adjust to the new family life. We've learned so far on how to survive on 3-4 hours of sleep, 8-10 diaper changings a day, crying sessions that last more than an hour and pure joy staring at this new little life. Each day brings a new experience and I can't belief how much he's already changed. Tomorrow he will be one week old! Enjoy the photos below!

Levi's first days at home...

He's finally arrived!

Lil' Levi joined the world at 11:20 pm on October 15th, 2008 and was 7lbs 7.1 oz 19 inches long. He was born 40 minutes before his actual due date. It was a long day of 13 hours of labor, but was completely worth it in the end. Levi had zero complications and the Dr.'s and nurses commented that he has such a perfectly shaped head :) When Levi was born he cried loud and then had a sneeze attack. If any of you know me, I sneeze ALL of the time. He already is acting like Mommy. He may act like Mommy, but he looks a LOT like his daddy.
